ScottishPower Renewables – It’s time to quit

By stoplenchwickwindfarm | September 5, 2010

Now that independent experts have corroborated and vindicated VVASP’s fears about noise and visual impact on the good people of The Lenches, ScottishPower Renewables should do the right thing and withdraw their application.

ScottishPower Renewables have a wealth of opportunities to plan and implement in off-shore locations, as well as other technologies including extensive tidal power alternatives.  We call on ScottishPower Renewables to now concentrate on these other opportunities and leave us alone.

That will then enable ScottishPower Renewables to give the best value back to their shareholders without damaging the environment and still meeting their obligations on Renewable Energy.

It’s time the residents of The Lenches are allowed to resume living in peace, and to enjoy the peaceful harmony of the area.

One who knows when he can fight, and when he cannot fight, will be victorious.
